Erickson Immigration Group has a career opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our expanding team based in our headquarters office, located in Arlington, VA.We have a great recruiting culture with a high-level of engagement by hiring management teams, using a full lifecycle, competency-based and data-driven recruiting model.This would be a hybrid role (2 days in office per week) reporting to our HR Director and working closely with our Chief Financial Officer.Primary Responsibilities for the Role:* Perform full lifecycle (end-to-end) recruiting for the hiring of niche business immigration professionals and non-legal staff.* Recruiting process includes preparation, proactive sourcing and attracting talent, conducting initial pre-screening of candidates, coordinating and scheduling interviews, extending verbal and written job offers, and pre-onboarding new hires.* Sets the path to finding the right talent, leads and conducts recruiting strategy and kickoff meetings with hiring management and creates and posts compelling job descriptions.* Proactively sources and attracts talent levering the use of niche and diverse web, social media and digital recruiting techniques, and network and employee referrals.* Leads and conducts post-interview debrief sessions with hiring management and interview panel teams.* Participates in pre-closing candidates, crafting job offers, and delivering verbal job offers.* Maintains data integrity, in real time, within the applicant tracking system (JobScore(R)).* Provides regular well-documented recruiting status reports using applicant tracking system data.* Continuous process improvement - track, evaluate results and act, in collaboration with the HR Director.* Build and sustain positive business partnerships with job candidates, hiring managers, consultants, vendors, line management, leadership, and human resources and recruiting business partners.* Collaborates with stakeholders, hiring managers, and team members.Preferred Qualifications:* 7+ years of in-house recruiting experience using a full lifecycle (end-to-end) model* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field* Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace applications, to include video interview platforms.* Competency-based prescreening and interviewing experience preferred.* Proficient user of Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably JobScore(R)) and creating data analytic and BI reports.* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.* Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize.* Ability to generate work product with considerable accuracy and attention to detail.* Works well in a team environment with the ability to work independently toward team goals.* Accepts and adapts to feedback regarding work performance.Benefits:Erickson Immigration Group offers a competitive salary, excellent employee benefits, and ample opportunity for professional growth.* Salary + Supplemental Bonus Pay Programs* Flexible Work Schedule* Casual Work Attire* Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave, Paid Holidays, Bereavement Leave, and Jury Duty Leave* Affordable Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-Term Disability, and Group Life/AD insurance* Health Savings Account/Flexible Spending Accounts to help offset the costs of dependent care and/or health care expenses* 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, with generous employer match* Employee Referral Program* Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Beneficiary Assistance, Will Prep and Travel Assistance with Identity Theft Assistance** Please note, we are not working with outside recruiters for this position**.EIG is firmly committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity.
