System Security Specialist
Position Summary: MAG Aerospace is seeking motivated individual with experience Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Cooperative Programs (ICP), other Security Assistance (SA) activities, or Security Cooperation (SC) Programs. The successful candidate will support in a SETA role participating in activities that support the US Governments programs for transferring defense articles, services and training to our international partners. The FMS Specialist will use their understanding of the process to apply analytical techniques in the evaluation of project objective, analyze the requirements, status, budget and schedule and assist the government in determinations on programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include, but not limited to:Provides analysis to support disclosure decisions in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Cooperative Programs, and foreign national access to military Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT) Technology and Information Technology (IT) Systems.Provides support in developing and implementing disclosure and release ability decisions, providing recommendations for release.Reviews program documentation prior to release to foreign governments. Develop documentation in accordance with US Government technology transfer policy.Provides analysis to support Government assistance to Industry for export license/technical assistance agreement development.Coordinates technical engineering review of data for release to foreign nationals. Assist in resolving disclosure questions and issues.Assists in tracking and ensure quality of data reviewed for release to foreign nationals. Provide support for management of foreign national visits.Assists in the development, maintenance, and staff of: Delegated Disclosure Authority Letters (DDLs), Technology Assessment/Control Plans (TA/CPs), Summary Statement of Intent (SSOI), and Exceptions to the National Disclosure Policy (ENDP) requests. Assists in the drafting of International Agreements (IA) and Data Exchange Agreements (DEA); such as: Acquisition Project Agreement (PA), The Technical Cooperation Program (TTCP), Information Exchange Program (IEP), Personnel Exchange, and Military-to-Military Intelligence Collection and Exchange. Provides assistance and support in the management of Export Licenses Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs) and Committee for Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) cases. Assesses Program (Technology) Protection. Program Protection provides the processes, methodologies, and techniques to enable program offices to identify information, components, and technologies, as well as determine the most appropriate mix of measures to protect the information, components, and technologies from known security threats and attacks. These protection measures impact the development of the system being acquired, the operations of the program office, and the means by which the items are acquired. Requirements: Minimum Requirements12 years of foreign disclosure/export control experience.Must have an understanding of DOD Technology Transfer Security Assistance, Exceptions to the National Disclosure Policy (ENDP), Disclosure Letters (DDLs), and Security Cooperation (SC) ProgramsExcellent MS Office skills EducationBS/BA degreeCompletion of the DoD Foreign Disclosure Officer and International Program Course (or equivalent training). Other QualificationsUS Citizenship and must currently possess a TS with SCI eligibility.Ability to work in an office environment and lift up to 10 pounds.
