Description Robert Half is looking for a FP& A Manager to join our client! The ideal candidate will have deep analytical capabilities, strong verbal and writing skills, and the ability to multitask and work under multiple tight deadlines at once. This FP& A Manager is responsible for multi-year financial plan and all related affiliates. This rolling, 3-year model is used to establish annual budgets and spending authority for this organizations consolidated business. Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:+ Supports the FP& A Vice President for business units under management.+ Manages the development of high-value integrated solutions, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, financial reporting, risk and opportunity assessments, benchmarking, business case development, and operational analysis.+ Develops and analyzes financial statements (and related data); develops executive-level presentations to inform and support both short-term and long-term planning.+ Provides regular day-to-day financial guidance for clients, including a full range of financial recommendations based on analytics.+ Manages a complex, cross-enterprise initiative with executive-level visibility and impact.+ Leverages state-of-the-art financial software suite to continuously improve and automate financial reporting and analysis capabilities, including data visualization.+ Supports both Finance and enterprise-wide innovation.The ideal candidate for this FP& A Manager will have 5+ years of FP& A, MBA or MS, ability to communicate with all levels of the organization including SVP's, CEO, COO, CFO and even board members as well as have advanced technology software skills ie Hyperion, Excel, Power BI etc To apply to this FP& A Manager role please do so through this posting or reach out to Caren Bromberg Bach on LinkedIn or call Caren Bach at 301.965.9035.
