The Maintenance Technician is highly skilled and is often called upon for the most difficult assignments. This individual will work on most, if not all, equipment in the plant.Responsibilities:+ Diagnose and repair or replace faulty mechanical and/or electrical/electronic components of machinery.+ Troubleshoot instruments; both electrical and mechanical ensuring applicable repair is performed for fix.+ Analyze operational problems and develops modifications in design to improve efficiency.+ Plan, direct, and record periodic electrical testing, and recommends or initiates modification or replacement of equipment which fails to meet acceptable operating standards.+ Help ensure compliance with PM program or schedule.+ Coordinate requirements for maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery..**Skills:**Industrial Electrical, NEC, electrical troubleshooting**Experience Level:**Intermediate Level**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
