Recruiter/Talent Sourcer (USCIS SCOSS)Description: This role will be providing dedicated recruiting and sourcing support to facilitate hiring the best available talent for the USCIS Service Center open positions.Responsibilities Include:Screens resumes, interview candidates (by phone)Assists with maintaining job postings Reviews applications and facilitates initial interviews Administers appropriate screening assessments, schedules interviews, facilitates background checks, makes recommendations to hire Coordinates required security clearance paperwork with Security Team Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates while building a pipeline of candidatesManages candidate life-cycle in the ATSPartner with Recruiting to develop sourcing plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking process with measurable metrics for a variety of positions, both technical and non-technical globally.Required Experience:1+ years of full-cycle recruiting and/or sourcing experience; experience recruiting on government contracts, preferredPrior recruiting or sourcing for federal positions, preferably SCA positions is a plus Familiarity using applicant tracking systemsIntermediate skills using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)Great interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent time management skillsExcellent attention to detailLocation: 100% remote
