You will report to the Accounting Manager, and be responsible for data entry, financial statement review, and Excel spreadsheet creation and manipulation. If you're looking for more information about this exciting venture, contact us today!How you will make an impact- Reconciling and balancing general ledger accounts- Assisting with audit fieldwork for both financial and operational audits- Perform data entry- Facilitating full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes- Carrying out alternate duties and taking part in special projects as assigned- Preparing monthly journal entries- Investigating and fixing account discrepancies Requirements - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, vlookups) is preferred- Employer requires 1 year of accounting experience- An AA or BS/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business suggested- Outstanding data entry skills- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company- Command of Invoice Processing- Bank reconciliations experience- Accounts Receivable (AR) experience- Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
