Description Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Project Accountant. They are in the real estate industry and the office is based in Washington, DC. The ideal person for the Project Accountant role will be motivated individual and capable of handling multiple tasks for multiple projects. The job duties for the role will consist of posting journal entries, maintaining accurate general ledger accounts, assist with annual property audit, preparation of financial statement package and other duties, as necessary. Prepare financial statement package Requirements The ideal Project Accountant we seek must have the following qualifications for consideration:. 2+ years of relevant accounting experience. CPA or pursuing CPA licensure, preferred. Experience with Bill.com or Yardi, a plus. Ability to work independently.
