Our client is the largest direct marketing firm in the country dedicated to the nonprofit, association, and government sectors.WHAT YOU WILL DO: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is directly responsible for day-to-day Human Resources activities and performs a key role in the success of the organization and the departments they support. As a member of the corporate HR team, the Sr. HRBP partner is accountable for aligning people strategy with business strategy. Drive talent agenda, partnering closely with Shared Services, Centers of Expertise (COEs), HR Operations and business unit leaders to efficiently deliver a full spectrum of strategic and tactical programs to support business and people objectives. This role will manage at least one HR Support Staff member and will act as a consultant to the assigned Business Unit President. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Advise and coach leaders and employees on matters related to talent development, organizational performance, engagement and culture, leadership, and strategic planning Develop and analyze data to guide business leaders in workforce planning and execution of people strategies Partner with Shared Services, COEs to deliver key programs in the business to support talent assessment, talent development, and enhancing leadership capabilities Participate in and/or drive cross functional projects; acting as change agent, driving continuous improvement culture.Build credibility and trust with the workforce and leaders while navigating complex business relationshipsUse people metrics and benchmarking to drive key insights and decisions for talent growth, engagement, and retention,Conduct formal and informal leadership development needs analysis across the organization; partners with Shared Services to develop and administer training on HR-related matters across business unit.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations with resolutions that are aligned with company policies and best practicesMaintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring legal compliance.Use understanding of business, company, and department goals to identify needs, opportunities, solutions, and risks relating to human resources programs and services, workforce productivity, retention, employee engagement, organizational design, performance, talent management, and diversity and inclusion. Partner closely with all members of the Human Resource to broker specialized COE expertise in support of enterprise and HR initiativesConsistently exercising independent judgment and discretion in matters of significanceWHAT YOU NEED: Bachelor's degree in HR or a business-related field or Min. 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience - 5 of them as an HRBP or equivalent. Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environmentData-driven, decision maker & pragmatic problem solver who can find root causes of issues and gain leadership support to address themDemonstrated experience working ,both, strategically and tactically in an HR position Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: FTO (Flexible time off) - take time off as needed!
