Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities Under direction of the VP of HR, coordinate the Company's human resources activities in compliance with the company philosophy, objectives and legal requirementsImplement HR programs, policies, procedures and practices that focus on attracting, retaining and developing talentResponsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resources functions for CompanyInform VP of HR of HR-related issuesSupervisor, lead, and coach team membersComply with legislated requirements such as EEO, wage and hour, ADA, OSHA Maintain compliance with required regulatory reporting (AAPs, Vets reporting, etc.)Work to resolve employee relation issues and take appropriate action to correct such problemsWork with Senior Management to coordinate employee legal problems, lawsuit and compliance issues with appropriate personnelAdminister the compensation and benefits programs for the business to include pay adjustments, incentive and bonus programsIn coordination with EH, may oversee workers compensation claims administrationDirect & maintain various activities designed to promote/maintain a high level of employee moraleWork with Senior Management to gather HR data for the succession planning processTrack and monitor workforce metrics, requirements, and plan for current and future needsSupport, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization Qualifications: Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, employment law, or other related field with 5+ years of HR generalist experience, and 2+ years of recruitment experience. Demonstrated knowledge of HR principles; ability to identify situations where programs/policies/procedure cut across functional areas; ability to develop and coordinate appropriate responseAbility to identify, analyze, and develop solutions and make recommendations on issues which address the company's business needsHigh energy level, comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunction with normal activitiesStrong interpersonal skills, tact, professional maturity and flexibilityMS Office experience required, particularly with Word, Excel, PowerPointHRIS experience required; experience with SAP SuccessFactors a plus DoD industry experience preferred SPHR/PHR or SHRM certification highly preferred BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary and a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) savings plan.
