Overview: The Vice President, Contracts and Procurement is responsible for overseeing the administration of all customer, subcontractor, partner, and vendor contracts, including policy, compliance framework, and execution. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization skills, and experience with contract management activities including: drafting and negotiating complex corporate and government contracts, reviewing and approving proposals in response to customer solicitations, preparing price models and business proposal volumes, approving contract documents and other agreements, subcontract and government schedule administration, engaging with US Government contracting and procurement offices, maintaining and organizing contract records, and supporting audit and due diligence requests. Responsibilities: The Vice President of Contracts and Procurement shall report to the Executive Vice President, Finance and Transformation, and be responsible for: directing all contracting and subcontracting activity, ensuring adherence to all contractual terms, and interfacing with contracting officers, subcontractors, corporate finance, and operations, and preparing and issuing purchase orders for services and goods;providing executive oversight and management of company business agreements including prime contracts, subcontracts, task/delivery orders, teaming agreements, and nondisclosure agreements;administering advanced and complex contracts, participating in the formulation of contract policies, procedure, methods, operating practices, and performance standards;serving as a subject matter expert on compliance with the FAR, FAR supplements and other procurement laws and regulations; andperforming other duties as required.
