We encourage our teams to be the difference! We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This a mid-level management position responsible for supporting marketing initiatives and social media campaigns for the organization. What the Marketing Coordinator will be doing: * Cross reference website information across all Internet Listing Services (ILS), reputation, and social media to ensure accuracy. * Keep abreast of social media tools and industry trends and adapt property level social media strategy to remain in line with such trends. * Collaborate with onsite teams to curate property specific social media content and be able to educate sites as to the importance of having a strong social media presence. * Provide social media reports for property managers and senior management. * Contribute to social media strategy for the Paradigm Companies social media presence. * Coordinate online review responses with onsite team and vendor. * Create marketing collateral for onsite teams focusing on Paradigm Brand. * Assist with coordination and creation of site level video content to be used on websites and in social media. * Support onsite teams with operations and marketing software. * Update Paradigm portal with relevant marketing information. * Participate in marketing events (eg, tradeshows, exhibits) as needed. * Support other marketing and administrative efforts. What the Marketing Coordinator will need to succeed: * Expertise in the use of online networking sites and proficiency in standard office software applications. * Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices. * Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web traffic metrics and understanding of social media KPIs. * Proficiency with business social media and writing. Degree in Marketing and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop) preferred. * Familiarity with Entrata or another property management software and with web design and publishing. * Strong communication skill, as well as a high-level attention to detail.
