Personal Lines Customer Service Representative Responsibilities and Expectations: * Process endorsements, cancellations, payments, claims * Prepare and issue new business quotes and applications * Proactively remarket current clients * Create and maintain professional relationships with customers, company personnel and coworkers * Consult with new and current clients on coverage for their specific needs/wants * Pursue continuing education and certifications to keep abreast of industry trends * Maintain a professional attitude and appearance Requirements: * Active P&C license * Experience working with personal lines * Experience working with AMS360, preferred INDTJG-DM
