AMFM Healthcare is looking for an Overnight Mental Health Technician to provide superior care for our behavioral health clients at our Residential Mental Health facilities. We count on our Overnight Mental Health Technicians to compassionately support and mentor our clients throughout their treatment program. We are seeking those who are passionate to help those in need and provide hope. Because our clients have varying developmental and behavioral disorders, adequate training will be provided to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care that we can provide. You will join and support a network of trained case managers, therapists, nurses, and psychiatrists who are helping us on our mission to help individuals with mental health disorders achieve a life of meaning and wellness. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned Conduct rounds in a residential home for up to 6 clients. Be willing to work with clients in a non-lockdown setting with acute psychiatric diagnoses. Utilize basic computer skills and are willing to learn how to use an electronic healthcare system. Document and report client observations. Communicate and document shift notes. Completes audits and compliance checks to program standards. Cleans and maintains the integrity of the residence. Complete other duties assigned by program management. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS - Staff must meet this criteria in order to gain employment: Able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check with the Federal Department of Justice and Virginia Department of Social Services Able to meet our car insurance carrier minimum requirements (have a clean driving record, be over the age of 21, and have 4+ continuous years of driving experience on an active and valid license.)
