Description:The Manassas Facilities Site Manager leads the engineering, space planning, and maintenance activities to address the facilities requirements of the Manassas business. The Facilities Site Manager leads a team of professionals with the following objectives: * Successfully execute Manassas new builds, renovations, capital and functional projects, equipment installations/replacements and office moves on time and within and budget * Oversee annual Manassas Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) and utilize FCA to support recommendations for long range capital planning * Optimize Manassas space utilization and partner with programs to ensure efficient use of each facility * Implement Manassas programs to meet Lockheed Martin's corporate Go Green conservation program goals and support design and construction team in execution of Go Green projects * Support Lockheed Martin Facilities Digital Transformation initiatives * Establish and execute Manassas overhead and capital budget plans, including long range expenditure plans for electrical, mechanical, maintenance and structural aspects of facilities operations * Ensure safe, consistent, reliable operation, cleanliness and maintenance of Manassas facilities * Ensure safe and timely execution of Manassas preventative maintenance plan and identify and implement cost savings initiatives * Employ condition-based maintenance and reliability-based maintenance techniques and strive for year over year improvement in associated metrics * Partner with ESH to support related Manassas facility improvements, procedures and management system components Basic Qualifications: * Minimum 10 years of related professional experience * Experience in a design, build, and construction environment * Experience in presenting technical information * Experience in a manufacturing environment * Experience communicating/briefing managers, employees, and customers to maintain a sustainable working relationship * Experience in managing facility operations & equipment maintenance * Experience in project management * Experience in Capital and Overhead management Desired Skills: * Bachelors or Master's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline * Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations * Familiarity with Utility plants operations BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: job.Qualifications Lockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
