Responsibilities: Direct the day-to-day operations of FutureCare Health Center in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulationsAssure that the highest degree of quality care is provided to residents at all times.As Director, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned dutiesAdopt and implement innovative practices to improve care and operationsEnsure that nursing staff remains in compliance with professional development and regulatory standardsMonitor and manage labor and expense controls.Ensure monthly financial goals and targets are metMaintain a healthy, collaborative team environmentAssure the highest level of customer services is delivered to our residents, families and team members Qualifications: Current Nursing Home Admistrator (NHA) license in the state of Maryland Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or a related fieldMasters' degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred3+ years' Administrator experience with Skilled NursingA strong desire to deliver care in an empathetic, compassionate waySuperb organizational management, budget, and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
