Position Summary As a Power Platform specialist working on a wide range of power platform projects, you will drive the full and correct technology adoption and solution development. You will provide the necessary guidance, analysis, and design tasks related to the design and development of citizen development and automation solutions. You will own the solution specification and be accountable for supervising the design as well as the integration execution. Job Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and guide the design of the corresponding Power Platform solution. Develop end-to-end solutions within Microsoft citizen development ecosystem and other automation technologies, including PowerBI, Sharepoint, Power Apps, Power Automate/Flow and Automation Anywhere Participate in the design of best practices related to the usage of enterprise data for Power BI and Power Apps. Support "Art of the Possible" sessions to aid use case discovery Enable NUSA Business Teams to build solutions through Hackathons. This includes planning and facilitating events in partnership with Microsoft Be the IT NUSA subject matter expert for Citizen Development, supporting NUSA adoption of citizen development tools through education, lunch and learn sessions, maintaining SharePoint site, answering questions via the workplace user community, and hosting office hours Liaise with the regional and global product management group to understand the current capabilities and product roadmap In some cases, collaborating with business stakeholders to prepare Power App requirements for third party or Nestle Global developers. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher within Computer Science/ related field or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of overall experience in Design, Development & delivery of enterprise Automation and Power Platform solutions 2+ years hands-on in Microsoft Power Platform; Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Microsoft Certified Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200), or Microsoft Dynamics 365+ Power Platform Solution Architect (MB600) Certification Experience with using business intelligence tools, including Tableau or Power BI to build complex reports Knowledge of Cloud, security, infrastructure, databases, and networking C#, SQL, .NET, Dynamics 365, PCF controls, O365, Azure API management, Azure Logic Apps, WCF, Azure cloud services Requisition ID 182085 It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
