The Project Coordinator contributes to Ion Solar by providing a world-class customer experience, improving communication between the field teams and corporate office, and improving process timelines through project management. Project coordinators establish a rapport with customers early in the installation process and become the point of contact for the customer through the completion of the project. Coordinators require a high-level understanding of the solar process. Responsibilities: The Project Coordinator has the following responsibilities and duties: Schedule services Direct point of contact with the customer Oversee project from installation to completion Communicate with the crews and technicians to ensure quality work completion Partner with operations manager to resolve escalations Audit accounts to identify opportunities and maintain account visibility Improve the efficiency of processes and timelines Address customer concerns and set clear expectations Bridge communication gaps between field crews and corporate Qualifications: The Project Coordinator should have the following skills, education, and experience: Excellent communication skills - verbal and written Conflict resolution Organization and time management Proficient with Google Suite Extreme ownership Salesforce experience preferred, but not required Excellent customer service Ion Solar's mission: About Ion Solar: We power people - together we power change.
