About the Job The role of the facilities development coordinator is to oversee the opening of new sites from the point of lease execution to official open date. This entails assisting the lease acquisition team with new clinic property due diligence, coordinating and managing build outs and construction timelines with property managers at newly-leased clinics, assisting the onsite installation teams as needed, placing and scheduling orders for new installations and managing inventory levels. The objective of the position is to successfully, and in a timely manner, facilitate the opening of a new office. Finally, the developer is to keep in communication with other Thriveworks' departments, working towards the overall goal of a successful ramp up period and long term success of a new location. Key Responsibilities Oversee the opening of new sites from the point of lease execution to official open date Manage build out and construction timelines Oversee the implementation of and adherence to the Thriveworks design guidelines Oversee all new site set up duties, such as utilities and the installation of new Thriveworks signage on site Complete the ordering of all supplies for new sites Complete orders for the replenishment of inventory stock with our various furniture vendors and suppliers Orchestrate all installation details for on site installation team Function as a liaison between the Thriveworks facilities team and our third party warehousing and installation company Assist in the process of obtaining appropriate business licensure for new locations, working with the Thriveworks Legal and Finance teams Facilitate communication between all Thriveworks departments to work towards a successful ramp up period for new locations Basic Qualifications Must be able to learn new concepts and processes quickly An above average aptitude with verbal and written communication skills Energetic, with a positive attitude True and patient problem solving skills Must be very detail oriented Comfort with high pressure deadlines Self-driven attitude and ability to work well independently Proficiency in using various administrative and project management tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Monday.com Bachelor's degree preferred or will take equivalent work experience Benefits An amazing team culture Professional development & advancement opportunities 401K with 3% employer match Healthcare, Dental, Vision, and life insurance benefits Professional EAP program for team member & household Additional coverage options available such as: Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Group Accident Insurance Successful Thriveworks employees believe in our mission to help people live happy, healthy lives.
