*2-3 month contract assignment* Achieve staffing objective by evaluating job candidates, scheduling, and conducting interviews and job offers. Tracks and reports recruitment progress and job offers, communicates with local management and corporate recruitment staff. The selected candidate must have the ability to interact in a positive supportive manner with both internal and external customers. *Key Accountabilities* * Provide support sourcing for candidates and/or other open requisitions * Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates * Establish recruiting requirements by working closely with department managers * Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives * Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc. * Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, etc. * Screen candidates resumes and job applications * Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule * Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes * Assist HR with the onboarding of new employees in order to become fully integrated * Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices * Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team * Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process * Maintains detailed documentation on all candidates' progress in recruitment database * Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate recruitment source * Research and contact community services, employment agencies and internet to build applicant sources * Conduct both phone and in-person job interviews, analyze and document responses * Evaluate candidates by discussing job requirements and candidate qualifications with management * Assist with launching of background checks on candidates * Review and approve candidate documents such as MVR reports and appropriate driver license * Organize and conducts frequent job offers with driver candidates * Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the management team * Design and implement overall recruiting strategy *Qualifications* * Bachelor's Degree preferred * 1 year of sourcing/recruiting experience required * 1 year of high volume recruiting preferred * HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience * Experience with various job boards (Indeed, Career Builder, LinkedIn, etc.) * Experience with high volume sourcing and cold calling candidates * Hands-on experience with recruiting software * Experienced with different interview types * Transportation industry experienced preferred #INDBOS Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Leesburg, VA 20175: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: One location
