Escrow CoordinatorCorporate Accounting / Sales Revenue Operations Department at busy Real Estate FirmWe are looking for a dedicated and team-oriented professional to join the Corporate Accounting team of a leading Real Estate firm. This person will provide support to the Commission Accounting Manager and perform accounting duties related to processing payments for real estate transactions. This person will monitor for digital payments, track deposits, perform audits, reconcile bank and transfer accounts, and perform daily/weekly bank transfers and uploads all related to the processing of real estate transaction commissions and agent payments. This person will work cross functionally with other departments to ensure that information needed to disburse funds is communicated in a timely manner. This person will work with the Commission Accounting Manager on monthly/yearly reports and tax form 1099 prep. This person must have knowledge of all company policies, banking, and accounting procedures to ensure that payments are handled correctly and data is reported accurately. The ideal candidate will also have a keen attention to detail and be able to multi-task and analyze data across multiple databases, all while handling sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. General Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Accounting, Business)Professional experience in Accounting or a similar role in a Real Estate firmHigh level of organization, accuracy, and follow throughMeticulous attention to detailManage priorities and deadlinesStrong customer service skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh degree of professionalism, ability to handle confidential dataSolid Excel skills - ability to filter and pivot large amounts of dataPast experience managing staff and/or projects/processes from start to finishPrior experience with industry specific software (such as Lone Wolf, SkySlope, Appfolio, Zipforms) a plus but not required, as long as this person has the ability to learn new programs as needed
