New Ventures is a start-up like organization where you will have a high degree of independence and ownership for your decisions and tasks. We are looking for a candidate that will take initiative and contribute to the development of processes that support the overall financial performance of the business. This position follows a hybrid work schedule. (Combination of remote work and some onsite office days) Specific Job Responsibilites:Gather and monitor financial data (eg sales revenues and liabilities)Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)Receivables and Payables Bookkeeping (purchase to pay, order to cash processes support)Liquidity planningForecast costs and revenuesManage tax paymentsOrganize internal auditsPrepare budgetsMonitor and report on accounting discrepanciesConduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investmentsAnalyze financial trendsPerform month-end and year-end close processes Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance3-5 years experience in accounting/financial planningKnowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (Quickbooks required)In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping proceduresSolid knowledge of accounting regulationsExcellent math skills with an attention to detailTime-management abilitiesEqual Employment Opportunity StatementREHAU is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that appreciates and leverages the diversity of our team.
