The SA will primarily be responsible for providing administration support to all MOC systems including installation and configuration of systems and networks, software integration, system testing, troubleshooting, IT security standards compliance, and operational support. The SA will also be responsible for sustaining system operations, configuration management, operating system patching, application software installation and configuration, system backups, and troubleshooting and resolving system, application and network connectivity issues, and maintaining system compliance with NASA IT security policies and procedures. The customers supported in this position include NASA management, mission flight operations, and mission systems engineering.
