We offer:Competitive compensation and rewardsBest-in-class healthcare for you and your familyPowerful savings programsTraining and career progressionTalent Acquisition ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to work with our Director of Human Resources and Land O'Lakes Venture37 (V37) teams to design and implement HR strategies to identify, attract, develop, engage, and retain diverse talent for proposals, headquarter and international projects. To be successful in this role, the Talent Acquisition Manager will have great relationship building skills and strong background in international development. They will have proven track record in proactively sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified talent. This position can be based in Washington, DC orMN (Arden Hills). Remote locations within the United States may be considered.Your responsibilities: Recruiting Partner with relevant HQ and country teams to anticipate and scout candidates for recruiting needs for new business, HQ and projects.Responsible for talent acquisition efforts for proposals and projects to ensure integrity of hiring/selection processes and compliance with Land O'Lakes policies and procedures.Execute full lifecycle talent acquisition activities for key roles as assigned.Create candidate pipelines for key personnel for proposals, HQ and continuing projectsDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with technical area representatives, new business development teams and candidates by delivering efficiency, visibility and efficacy of recruiting processes and outcomes.Promote V37 as an employer of choice at relevant career fairs. Represent V37 at industry specific recruitment roundtable discussions (eg Humentum, Devex, LinkedIn etc.).Provide training and ongoing support to HQ teams on Venture37's talent acquisition strategy and applicable recruiting policies and procedures.Manage V37 internship program including contributing to development of scopes of work for interns, recruiting and hiring interns.Track recruitment metrics to compile into a weekly recruitment tracker and quarterly HR Scorecard. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Co-lead the development of DEI HR strategy for Venture37 with the commitment to increase workforce, workplace and marketplace diversity and foster an inclusive and equitable work culture through recruitment.Support HR Director to develop tools, processes, and metrics to track progress against HR DEI goals.Seek partnerships with diversity groups eg, HBCUs, MANRRs etc. to ensure a diverse candidate slate throughout the recruitment process. Partner with Inc. College Relations team and tap into universities' career offices and/or DEI clubs.About you:You have minimum of 5 years demonstrated success recruiting for USAID funded projects and deep understanding of proposal recruiting processes.You have proven ability to use various sources and networks including social media to proactively source candidates for difficult positions with stringent requirements.You have excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping and ability to work independently and adjust quickly to change in fast-paced environmentAlthough not required, experience recruiting for USAID's Feed the Future projects is preferred.Land O'Lakes, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) M/F/Vets/Disabled.
