Sales Excellence PMO Manager Position summary Risk and Financial Advisory Sales Excellence provides the resources and capabilities to create powerful experiences for our clients and drive growth for the business in an ever-evolving marketplace. The Pursuit Lifecycle is the primary enabler of Sales Excellence success and fostering collaboration across businesses for complex go-to-market opportunities. The Sales Excellence PMO manager performs a wide range of project management duties on behalf of the Risk and Financial Advisory Sales Excellence leadership team, as an operating leader for the Pursuit Lifecycle. Specifically, this position interacts with Advisory's senior Sales Excellence Leaders on a daily basis and is directly involved with high-profile sales and pursuit initiatives. Key responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the Pursuit Lifecycle. Effectively communicate and manage expectations with Risk and Financial Advisory senior leaders in a clear and concise fashion. Track, manage and report upon each phase of the Pursuit Lifecycle for some of the firm's most important deals. Oversee the production of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, executive leadership updates, and general Pursuit Lifecycle-related communications. Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise junior PMO team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks. Demonstrate initiative in gathering feedback from stakeholders to recommend improvements to project management and Pursuit Lifecyle processes, tools, and technology in support of Sales Excellence success. Qualifications Seeking a motivated, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable interacting with senior leaders. The qualified candidate is detail-oriented and is able to work effectively and collaborate remotely. The candidate should be proficient in the tools that support the Pursuit Lifecycle and Sales Excellence (eg, Mercury, Zoom, Teams, Excel, etc.). Ideally the candidate has some experience with or working knowledge of both the Advisory business and pursuits. Ability to travel up to 5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This role is primarily remote. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
