Job Summary/Company:

Responsibilities:
  • Secure meeting spaces for exhibitors and manage VIP housing database using CadmiumCD
  • Coordinate annual meeting transportation communicating with hotels and shuttle service vendors
  • Assist with annual meeting logistics, including photography, hotel rebates, childcare services, event subsidies, convention insurance, and supply ordering and shipping
  • Coordinates logistics for assigned internal association events year round
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong excel experience (pivot tables, etc.)
  • 3-5 years experience of event planning or project administration
  • Experience with Cadmium or other event management systems
