Overview
AM LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time Senior Program Evaluation Analyst to support public health, COVID-19 response, and immunization services programming throughout the state of Rhode Island. A successful Senior Program Evaluation Analyst will be a motivated self-starter who is experienced in program analysis, program evaluation, and data systems in a mission-driven organization. The position requires a detail-oriented capacity for data collection, cleaning, and analysis, and a systems-level thinker with the ability to critically assess data and determine possible solutions to improve outcomes and build capacity.
This position is contingent upon being awarded the project.

Responsibilities
- Initiate program evaluation inquiries, analyze data, assess outcomes, and provide recommendations to management to improve service delivery and staff performance.
- Perform exploratory analysis and investigations into the organization's data for purposes of quality assurance and create evaluation reports.
- Develop and implement efficient data collection strategies, provide analytics for both internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining optimum quality and attention to detail.
- Develop, conduct, support and oversee evaluations and analyses of the quality, implementation and impacts of AM programs.
- Liaise with client and internal project teams to identify priorities for the QA and program evaluation data team and to create efficient work flows to provide analyses needed for public health programs.
- Provide tools for project teams necessary to assist in their data collection and operation.
- Collect, monitor, interpret, and summarize surveillance information and data for the purpose of supporting the data-to-decision initiative and to inform relevant stakeholders.
- Manage a quality assurance team to provide the QA and Program Evaluation reporting and processes necessary to identify training needs to improve program successes.

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong time management skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage project delivery
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; appropriately communicates with all levels of customers from assistants to Sr. Executives
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and support of multiple clients
- Ability to analyze/interpret data and take appropriate action. Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES (If Applicable):
- None
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in public health, education, psychology, social work, sociology, public policy, community research or a related field required
- 4 years experience in Program Evaluation of Public Health Programs
- Demonstrated ability to think systematically, analytically and logically
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in public health, education, psychology, social work, sociology, public policy, community research or a related field
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- User provided home high-speed internet connection. (Minimum 25Mbps)
- Strong proficiency in computer programs and data analysis tools, to include R, Tableau, Excel, Google Forms, Microsoft Forms
- Experience using Google Workspace

Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance
- This position requires the use of a computer screen for extensive periods of time.
- This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position (standing and/or seated) the majority of the time.
