Full Time

  • You will serve as the Navy Nuclear Deterrent Mission (NNDM) Regulator Supervisory Assessment Lead for Nuclear Command, Control and Communications - Navy (NC3-N) and NNDM Support (Cybersecurity, Facilities, Supply, Training, and Personnel).
  • You will supervise Cybersecurity/NC3-N, NNDM Facilities/Supply and NNDM Personnel and Training Analysts.
  • You will assess the readiness of NC3-N, Cyber Security, Supply Support, Facilities, Personnel and Training elements of the NNDM.
  • You will develop, coordinate, and implement formal guidance related to assessing and reporting the readiness for NW and NW systems, including NC3-N.
  • You will coordinate input regarding issues that affect the Navy Nuclear Deterrence Mission in order to identify trends and potential impacts.
  • You will prepare reports and presentations for CNO (N00NW) as the NNDM Regulator to provide to the Chief of Naval Operations or the NNDMOC.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band (GS-13 Equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing studies to identify programmatic trends and potential impacts and making recommendations to resolve complex regulatory oversight issues for a nuclear deterrence program.
