Position Summary The HR Operations Coordinator assists in the efficient and smooth operational functioning of the Human Resources Department, specifically for the HR Services team. This role provides administrative, training, and clerical support to the human resource function and is responsible for leading and coordinating various projects including assisting with the onsite new hire orientation programs. This position will be located either in Solon, Ohio or Arlington, Virginia. Responsibilities: * Facilitate and complete the I-9 process in person for all new hires on day 1. * Represent HR Operations during onsite new hire orientation. * Act as a liaison between the Business Groups, Learning & Development Team, Security, and IT. * Facilitate HR Operations Overview for new hires during New Hire Orientation. * Ensure proper collection of any documents during new hire onboarding where applicable. * Assist team in candidate onboarding and background check adjudication where applicable. * Provide administrative assistance to HR Operations Team including supply orders, UPS shipping label creation, equipment returns. * Maintain team mail received at location. * Coordinate meetings/food as needed by the Human Resources Team. * Create, maintain, document, and update HR processes as needed. * Manage Purchase Card for the Human Resources Department. * Support HR Operations team during high volume times and on projects where needed. * Responsible for managing the file room on campus and supporting the transition to electronic files. * Prepare and maintain reports from SAP Master Data, new-hire, transfer, and termination reports. * Maintain and update company organizational charts. * Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned, including: employee announcements and managing employee distribution lists. Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. * 2+ years of relevant work experience in HR or in an administrative capacity preferred. * Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams). * Must have excellent written communication (oral and written) and organization skills. * Must be detail-oriented, as well as have strong prioritization and analytical skills. * Must have strong stakeholder management, time management and project management skills. * Ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision. * Ability to exercise and maintain a high level of confidentiality. * Ability to act and make independent and discretionary judgement. * Knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors is desired.
