Day-to-Day in this Position: Manage all facets of the sales process, from initial prospecting to client retention. Over time this role naturally evolves from business development to account management. Place many phone calls, attend video and in-person meetings, touch base frequently over email. Ask questions! Learn about each hiring manager's company, culture and hiring practices. Uncover job opportunities we can fill. Explain and our specialty recruiting services. Negotiate contracts. Work alongside your team of recruiters to recommend the best candidates for each job opening. Get someone hired! Follow up with clients throughout the employment of their hires-resolve any questions/concerns and continue building the relationship. This role is best for those at an Associate - Mid seniority level who have some experience in sales, hospitality, recruiting, hiring, fundraising, business, or other relevant background. Knowledge of accounting & finance principles is ideal, but not required. We offer best-in-class training, strong leadership, and very clear expectations in order to give you the tools to succeed.
