Summary: Red Team Partner Integration Branch Manager provides day to day oversight and supervision of the Red Cell Managers as well as their support to assigned government customer program(s) for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Nuclear Enterprise (NE), Mission Assurance Red (MAR), DoD Red Team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Includes the following: Provide support to the US GOV NEMAR Team Chief and Deputy Chief, and work in partnership as part of the Cherokee Nation Strategic Programs (CNSP) NEMAR Program Management Team Direct supervisory responsibilities and leads all contractor Senior Red Team Operations SME (SR RTOS), Ground Team Operations SMEs (GTOS), and Ground Team Technical Exploitation SMEs (GTTES) Provide NEMAR Team Chief advisement and recommendations on Special Operations as it applies to the NEMAR (DoD Red Team) Review and provide fundamental operational concepts, practices, and procedures regarding the NEMAR SR RTOS, GTOS and GTTES Leads, manages, mentors, and coaches subordinate SR RTOS, GTOS, and GTTES Provide input to the Authorities and Coordination Branch's comprehensive, consolidated NEMAR assessment schedule as it pertains to the GTOS and the GTTES Provide important input to NEMAR budgets and schedules as it pertains to the SR RTOS, GTOS and GTTES Provide oversight of suspense deadlines and efforts in the accomplishment of duties and responsibilities for the SR RTOS, GTOS, and GTTES with respect to government customers during each phase of the vulnerability assessment from inception through completion, to include all deliverables Assist and support NEMAR assessments at the direction of the GOV NEMAR Team Chief, Deputy Team Chief, and Government Program Manager Responsible for ensuring the NEMAR SR RTOS, GTOS, and GTTES operations and activities meet specific program objectives while within the scope of the US Army Special Operations Command and 1 st Special Forces Command Regulations, Policies, and Procedures SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY This position will have managerial and supervisory oversight of the NEMAR SR RTOS, GTOS, and GTTES and provide advisory and recommendations with regards to the future direction Army Special Operations to the NEMAR Team Chief and CNSP Program Management EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience, or a Master's Degree with 4+ years of experience Former Army Special Forces Qualified with operations and intelligence experience Experience in a supervisory role commensurate with the position description and responsibilities PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Army Special Forces Operations and Intelligence Qualified Experience in project management Red Team experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must have a valid US passport TS/SCI Security Clearance US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required Ability to successfully pass a drug screening test and federal background check Proficiency in understanding, analyzing, and summarizing comprehensive and complex technical and research information and data Excellent analytical, communications in both written and oral Proficient in performing analysis and preparing products daily Proficient in staff writing, multi-level coordinating, and publishing reports and assessments related data at the executive level Proficient at using Windows based desktop computers and MS Professional Suite of applications, specifically, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint WORK ENVIRONMENT Traditional office space and field operations in various urban and/or rural settings to include foreign countries Please Note: Pursuant to US Presidential Executive Order 14042, Cherokee Federal is now requiring that all employees be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by December 8th. An individual is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after the second dose of a two-dose vaccine (ie, Moderna or Pfizer) or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine (ie, Johnson & Johnson). TEMPORARY NOTE : On Tuesday, Dec. 7, a federal judge issued an injunction blocking President Joe Biden's COVID-19 vaccine mandate for federal contractors (EO 14042). Cherokee Federal is monitoring the court case and awaiting a final ruling. As a result of the injunction, Cherokee Federal is halting the enforcement of the mandate, however, if the injunction is lifted and the mandate remains, Cherokee Federal must reenact its vaccine requirement.
