** Hybrid role that can sit out of Dallas, TX, Ashburn VA, NJ, Chicago, or New York. You will assist with and support the operations, business and financial responsibilities of the properties and business operations within assigned region, providing various financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting/re-forecasts. A large component of the position will involve special projects and coordination with the property teams and corporate initiatives. Special projects will be diverse and may involve working on specific property-level projects such as capital budgeting and P research, supporting regional leaders with resource planning, developing PowerPoint decks for regional meetings and financial reporting, sourcing and evaluating vendors, trend analysis, etc.More specifically, you will:*Work closely with a Senior Director to perform and meet annual business, lease and customer goals*Support or perform internal property-level profit and loss reporting, and variance analysis; assist in the preparation of financial budgeting, forecasts, expense analysis and accruals, and true-ups; establish, reconcile, and administer estimated/actual recoveries; and administer and support other property management reporting and analysis requirements*Prepare correspondence, memos, presentations, and reports*Establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships with colleagues, partners and others*Support regional administrative office assignments such as organizing meetings such as quarterly business reviews, other corporate events and handle other assigned duties that may be requiredBring your analytical skills and passion to deliver business insights to provide comprehensive data center solutions, including data center storage, colocation, and interconnection strategies to more than 2,300 firms across its secure, network-rich portfolio of data centers located throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Our clients include domestic and international companies of all sizes, ranging from financial services, cloud and information technology services, to manufacturing, energy, gaming, life sciences and consumer products*you will collect, analyze and summarize granular data that will be key driver to company's success and shape key strategic and tactical decisions among other duties.*Experience in commercial real estate, financial operations or data centers is preferred but not requiredthe key characteristics we're looking for are solid financial and analytical savvy, along with the ability to learn quickly*In addition to regular reporting and analysis, you'll take point on special projects and regional/corporate initiatives, providing you with broad exposure to our operations across a large multi-state region*We are proactive about helping our people grow and develop, and our ongoing growth will create opportunities for proven performers Minimum Requirements*A bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Real Estate, Accounting or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a master's degree is a plus*5 to 7 years of related experience in commercial property management or asset management, private equity, accounting, consulting and/or financial reporting, including:o Exceptional analytical abilities, including advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)o Strong understanding of financial terms and principles and the ability to analyze financial statementso Solid experience with financial reporting, accruals and budgeting*Familiarity with enterprise software systems (ERP, CRM, etc.); experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus*Demonstrated track-record in handling large-scale projects from conception to completion
