A Kforce client is seeking to hire a UX Designer in Reston, Virginia (VA).Responsibilities include: * Translate high-level objectives and design principles into polished visual design * UX Designer will define the conceptual strategy, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, pattern libraries, design documentation, storyboards, and scenarios for projects * Make data-informed product design decisions and ideations to create the best user experience * UX Designer will collaborate with other team members and stakeholders * Create project timelines and prioritize current projects * Bachelor's degree in related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience; Master's degree preferred with 3 years with a Master's degree (in lieu of education, 4 years of additional exempt related experience) * Experience in interaction design utilizing Axure RP Pro * Experience working with desktop, mobile web, and native apps * Design user experiences that are intuitive and elegant and in-line with current design trends and concepts, delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces * Demonstrated ability in designing graphic user interfaces elements and UI mockups/prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look * Strong understanding of the end-to-end UX/UI lifecycle, design principles, and process * Must be organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities * Be an advocate for interaction design best practices with a focus on consistency and usability * Clear understanding of accessibility (contrast, font size, color, touch, and more) to achieve AA levels Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
