The Enterprise Architect will need to be hands on and have the ability to come up to speed very quickly on efforts in the DevSecOps, Data Analytics, and Cyber Security domains. The Enterprise Architect is not expected to be an expert in all things; instead, broad technical understanding of the enterprise stack and delegation and a relationship of trust with technical domain leads is essential. The Enterprise Architect will possess the ability to communicate and brief at all levels, including government leads, key stakeholders, and executive sponsors. Align standards, frameworks, and security with overall business and technology strategyReview existing architecture and develop approaches to modernize legacy appsIdentify design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancementsProvide technical guidance and overall strategic direction at the program levelNot only drive specific delivery efforts, but understand the "bigger picture" and, greater context, and impact and value to the organizationWork as one of the key integration points between business and technical domains. It is imperative that the Enterprise Architect be able to quickly understand the mission challenges and how to apply technology in solving them. The Enterprise Architect should understand and communicate how everything fits together upstream and downstream.Work closely with all technical domain leads to ensure innovation and consistency are at the forefront of all efforts and to foster collaboration to help identify cross cutting solutions that will benefit multiple work streams. Qualifications: Qualifications:U.S. CitizenAbility to obtain a US government Security ClearanceBachelor's degree in a technical field Minimum of 12 years of technical leadership experience in an Agile environment.Experience and/or expertise in at least Software or Application Development and three of the following areas: Networking, System Development, Hardware Engineering, Operations, System Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Information Assurance or Cyber Security, ITIL Framework, Agile DevelopmentExperience with providing technical assessment and strategy recommendationsUnderstanding of traditional enterprise environmentsSelf-motivated and focused on delivering outcomes; ability to work independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate strategic information security topics, policies, and standards as well as risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences at various hierarchical levelsAbility to articulate solutions and rationale for design decisionsBroad experience developing solutions involving IT infrastructure, systems, applications, data sciences, artificial intelligence, or robotic processingUnderstanding of DevSecOps, especially with building security into infrastructure and application pipelines.
