Nira is looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) manager who has in-depth HR leadership experience and a thorough understanding of employment law, HR policy and procedures. She/He will be instrumental in executing key HR deliverables and processes, including talent acquisition and development, leadership development/succession planning, performance management employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, salary planning, and organizational design.Objectives of this RoleOversee, refine, and execute recruiting processMaintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packagesEnsure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining recordsIdentify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and moraleResponsibilitiesLeads a broad range of human resources processes and is responsible for overall operational effectiveness and compliance with company policies and applicable legislation.Establishes strategies with Company Senior Leadership to select and retain the diverse talent required to maintain a competitive advantage and to align with recruiting strategies. Develop and Deliver strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction.Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances.Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision.Partners with managers and employees to resolve issues and concerns. Counsel managers and employees on HR procedures, performance, and career planning. Advise and counsel managers on a variety of topics to optimize employee engagement, team development, and organizational effectiveness.Effectively execute HR processes including talent acquisition and development, Performance Management, Diversity, Benefit and Compensation programs.Partner with employment counsel as appropriate to objectively assess and bring employee relations issues to resolution.Build strong relationships with employees, fostering trust and promoting collaboration, Create and drive programs to increase employee engagement and retention.Ensures compliance with key government legislative requirements and adherence to human resources policies and procedures. Ensure accuracy and completeness of workforce information in human resources information systems.Communicates and consults on all areas of human resources including compensation, benefits, staffing, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management in alignment with common human resources strategies and processes.Provide efficient office management and maintain a good working environment. Work with project managers on office assignments, conference rooms use policies, and manage office supplies effectively.Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degreeMinimum 7 years' experience in Human Resources role with experience managing employees in companies larger than 50 peopleStrong Recruiting backgroundKnowledge of human resource practices and policies, and applicable state and federal lawsDemonstrated ability to handle proprietary and confidential material appropriately.Well-developed decision-making, prioritization, and problem solving skillsExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skill across all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership and coaching skillsAbility to foster change and promote and implement improvement and effectively work in a matrix organization.Strong organizational and time management skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to effectively coach and provide actionable feedback to senior leadersStrong collaboration skills and customer orientationKnowledge about employment laws as well as the best practices in recruitment, training, employee development, employee relations, communications, and performance managementExperience with negotiating prices and coverage for company benefitsJob Type: Full-time
