Responsibilities: IMG is seeking candidates to support the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). Under the I2TS 3 task order, INSCOM ensures reliable, uninterrupted availability of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) including: networks, hardware, software, engineering, and specialized tools at the point of customer need to support INSCOM's mission. INSCOM and its MSCs provide the enabling layer to connect the Army and its tactical formations to defense and national intelligence agencies via tactical networks. The ability to provide mission critical intelligence is dependent on the successful use of its information technology (IT) networks worldwide. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Supports the development of cross functional or large-scale automated information systems to include enterprise architecturesDesigns system architectures to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements and provides for present and future cross functional requirements and interfacesProvides comprehensive definition of all aspects of system development from analysis of mission needs to verification of system performancePerforms evaluation of system alternatives and assessment of risks and costsFocused on projects and new capabilities of the customer Leads and/or facilitates solutioning discussions with the customers, vendors and other stakeholders.Evaluates emerging hardware and software capabilities.Develops implementation plans, design drawings, security plans and other documentation as required.Develops technical roadmaps to meet future mission requirements and capabilities.Develops business case analysis for potential projects and tasks.Ensures security is integrated into all architecture solutions.Performs advanced systems modeling, simulation, and analysis.Performs complex systems development and design work.Develops and provides input for documentation on existing systems.Provides high level expertise to multiple projects and tasks.Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.Performs evaluation of system alternativesPerforms assessment of risks and costsMay coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionalsMay serve as a team or task lead Qualifications: Clearance Required: TS/SCI. Must be able to obtain a CI PolygraphBaseline Certification: Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification requirements.Required Security Environment Certification: CASP, CISSP, CISM, GSLC, CCNP-SecurityComputing Environment certification: MCSE, Cloud Platform and Infrastructure (Server) etc.Education/Years of Experience: Must meet one of the following combinations: HS/GED + 10 yearsAssociates Degree + 8 yearsBachelor's Degree + 6 yearsMaster's Degree + 4 yearsPhD + 2 yearsCOVID-19 Regulations: As required by Executive Order 14042 and the guidance provided by the Federal Workforce Task Force, all federal contractor employees are required to be fully compliant with customer COVID-19 regulations.
