OverviewThompson Hospitality is looking for a creative, resourceful and dynamic social media savvy professional to help us develop a best-in-class social media strategy across our family of brands.We're not just looking for "likes" we're looking for authentic and real engagement that develops and builds a relationship with our followers. You'll support beloved and established brands like matchbox, Big Buns, Wiseguy Pizza, and Milk & Honey and you'll help to create an identity for newer brands like Willie T's Seafood Shack, brb Burgers. You'll be able to leave your finger prints on every brand in our portfolio.What we're looking for: Restaurant and Food & Beverage experience is a plus Track record of creating effective and engaging social media strategies Ability to capture evocative content Ability to craft interesting, funny, quippy, thought provoking copy Detail oriented and organized: Build a content calendar and hold relevant parties accountable for it Ability to manage up A strong portfolio of work Responsibilities: Create social media strategy for THG's entire restaurant portfolio Build content calendars or each brand that aligns with corporate and brand priorities Create a distinct brand appropriate voice for each brand that can be clearly discerned on each social channel Capture content at all stages of business lifecycle: R, pre-opening, post-opening, mature operation Measure, report, and refine all strategies and tactics Visit all locations frequently to semi-frequently to capture new content Build relationships with operations and culinary leaders to facilitate high quality and effective content capture Understand the nuances of each location to influence effective content capture Experience, eat, and enjoy food and drink from all locations so you can effectively promote it Coordinate and collaborate with Brand Managers to ensure their needs and priorities are met Who You'll work with: You'll report directly to the VP of Marketing You'll have a dotted line report to each brand manager/director but you'll need to manage up to each of those individuals You'll collaborate with GM's, Corporate Chefs, Head Chefs, Beverage Director, and Beverage Managers Who We Are:Thompson Hospitality is the nation's largest minority-owned food and facilities management company.
