Responsibilities:
- Assists abstract vendor in the management of the abstract submission website
- Serves as the main point of contact for all authors and acts as the liaison between the review committee and presenters
- Serves as initial quality review for up to 7000 video abstract submissions ensuring proper video length and quality prior to submittal to review team

Recommends topic submission category changes to Secretary based on the previous year's acceptance rates
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of educational programs experience
- Must have project management or administrative experience
- Ability to organize and track documentation for multiple projects
- Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
