  • Assists abstract vendor in the management of the abstract submission website
  • Serves as the main point of contact for all authors and acts as the liaison between the review committee and presenters
  • Serves as initial quality review for up to 7000 video abstract submissions ensuring proper video length and quality prior to submittal to review team

  • Recommends topic submission category changes to Secretary based on the previous year's acceptance rates

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of educational programs experience
  • Must have project management or administrative experience
  • Ability to organize and track documentation for multiple projects
  • Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
