Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Director, Strategic Planning who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As a Director, Strategic Planning, you will:
• Be responsible for the execution and maintenance of a regular strategic
planning process for AHC, including the multi-year Strategic Plan
• Lead the AHC strategic planning process, working with entities, functions, and
service lines to cascade the objectives to aligned measures, targets, and
initiatives and ensure alignment with the annual budget
• Support AHC's EVP, Chief Strategy & Growth Officer (CSGO) in refining the
strategies developed by the CSGO in consultation with AHC's President & CEO
with a goal of driving alignment across the organization
• Follow the Palladium Execution Premium Process (Balanced Score Card)
approach for strategic planning and will support all the activities required to
complete an annual review of strategies, and the completion of the multi-year
strategic plan.
• Strong organizational and project management skills are imperative to
support the successful completion of numerous initiatives and projects
throughout the year.
• Conduct annual updates of the PESTEL analysis
• Support Category 2 of the Baldridge Excellence Framework process
Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or
Public Policy preferred.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
