We give our clients the power and account flexibility they deserve, in an industry designed to lock customers into long-term contracts and extensions.The Marketing Coordinator will contribute to existing marketing programs as well as assist with the development of new initiatives that align with the Company's strategic marketing plan and sales goals. This role supports both marketing and sales departments for prospects, clients, and the company. As our Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer, YOU WILL:Execute a marketing content strategy strengthening LINQ brand recognition, reputation, and audience Work with internal teams to develop digital content and provide day-to-day support for all social media accounts and marketing campaigns Collaborate on the calendar for social media campaigns and initiatives to ensure constant interaction and engagement with clients and prospects Research and analyze market, industry, and competitor landscape to help shape future marketing strategies Maintain company website including content updates and occasional website enhancements Track and understand sales data, continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data Create and maintain all promotional materials and marketing collateral including content for the company story, service offerings, client and employee training programs Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team Plan and manage trade shows, private prospect dinners, and client dinners/events by identifying events to attend, assembling show and travel logistics, maintaining a budget, and developing timelines To be our Marketing Coordinator, YOU WILL NEED:Bachelor's degree with a concentration in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field1 - 3 years of professional experienceProficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; bonus if experienced in Premiere and After Effects)Basic graphic design skills and experienceExcellent writing, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsCreativity and open-mindedness; ability to tell a story in an engaging mannerProject management experience - ability to meet moving deadlines and prioritize schedulePeople-oriented - you enjoy interacting with people and working on group projectsAdaptable/flexible - you enjoy doing work that requires frequent shifts in directionAbility to take and follow directions while also having a creative eye and inputFluent in social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTubeSEO experience, previous paid advertising campaigns Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, working knowledge of HTML and WordPressAs a LINQ EMPLOYEE, YOU WILL GET:A' .
