Data Entry Associate
We are currently looking for a dedicated long-term individual to fill our open Data Entry Associate position. The ideal candidate must be smart, tech savvy, energetic, hardworking and dependable. This is a full time work from home position.
We are looking for an organized individual for this position. Ideal individual has some experience with general office work. Must be able to work independently on routine tasks, but be able to work with multiple people on day to day operations and projects. We will train but you should have basic excel skills and good people skills.
Data Entry into various programs that we utilize
Prepare communications such as emails, reports and other correspondence
Organize, manage, and digitally upload corporate documents
Assist with preparation for meetings (agenda's, reports, scheduling, etc.)
Assist with collecting and organizing data
Assist with the preparation of tax reporting, expenses reports, etc.
Perform various other administrative duties
Work on special projects of either financial or an administrative nature
Responsibilities may also include travel planning/booking, etc.
Excellent writing and oral communication skill
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to work independently to complete tasks
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects
Able to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines and be goal oriented
Manage leads database
Participate in online training
Coordinate projects/tasks with other co-workers
