Job Summary/Company:
Are you a professional administrative assistant looking to be a part of a company that makes a difference? This role is for a wonderful nonprofit company that provides services to the Frederick County community! If you have 2 years of administrative experience please apply!

Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones
  • Sorting, filing and processing paperwork/applications
  • Corresponding to emails and organizing email inbox
  • Operate, monitor, and coordinate maintenance of agency office equipment

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 2 years of previous administrative assistant experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
