Sr Assoc -Oracle Cloud Engineering for Fannie Mae - Reston, VA. Implmt, config, suppt Oracle HCM modules by configuring custom Oracle Job & Duty & Data roles w/ custom security in Security Console module. Maintain s/ware by changing HCM app roles & security during upgrade; enable new features & train teams. Use process-driven approach in dsgn'g / dvlp'g solutions. Dsgn/verify tech solutions for bus & tech rqmts; create functional & tech docs; run testing scripts to ensure rqmts are met; dsgn interfaces to convey data to 3rd-party prog. Remote work possible. Reqd: Bach in Comp Sci, Info Tech, or equiv + 4 yrs exp in complex s/w app dsgn & dvlpmt using Oracle HCM, incld Agile (Scrum, TDD, BDD, etc.), & UNIX (Shell Scripts, SQL, XML).
