Executive Director for Community Services Board

Harrisonburg-Rockingham Community Services Board (HRCSB), a public provider of comprehensive mental health, developmental, and substance use services for the City of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County in Virginia’s scenic and historic Shenandoah Valley, is seeking a highly-qualified professional to serve as its next Executive Director. Harrisonburg and Rockingham County have a combined population of 135K. The area is home to two universities and a college, and it is geographically located within two hours of Washington D.C. HRCSB has an operating budget of $16.5M and employs 250 staff. Executive Director is directly accountable and responsible to HRCSB’s Board of Directors and provides overall leadership and professional direction to its mental health, developmental, and substance use services and administrative operations. Minimum requirements include education and knowledge, skills and abilities related to healthcare program and service delivery management, strategic planning, financial and human resource management, and risk management.
