Westat's Field Human Resources Unit needs an HR professional who can support multiple projects recruiting hourly part time employees. We are looking for someone with recruiting experience and creative ideas who is willing to tackle diverse challenges in a high volume environment.

This role supports the Recruitment team by:
o Managing recruitment documentation
o Coordinating applicant tracking system (ATS) activities
o Placing advertisements and researching applicant sources
o Supporting HRIS onboarding
o Reviewing recruitment compliance and documentation
o Assisting with recruiter training
• Other tasks as needed by Field HR and Field Services

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of recruitment or HR experience; or an Associate's degree with 5 years of recruitment or HR experience.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with hourly staff recruitment
• Experience using BrassRing
• Experience using Workday
• Knowledge of federal and state employment-related laws and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
