Primary Purpose

The purpose of this role is to support Emmes clinical operations teams, providing logistics support for conference calls, supplies, documentation, and client/sponsor reporting needs as required by the statement of work.


•Assists with providing support in tracking deadlines; compiles and submits deliverables •Assists with the coordination of conference call schedules (i.e., Outlook scheduling assistant and Doodle polls), scheduling conference calls (i.e., Teams, Zoom meetings), and distribution of conference call information and materials (i.e., agenda, minutes, supporting documents)

•Assists with logistics of inventory and supply management for research sites
•Assists with preparing non-technical meeting minutes
•Under the direction of the Clinical Project Coordinator Manager or designee, assists in developing, consolidating, compiling, editing, formatting, tracking and distributing of technical and non-technical reports as required
•Assists in the development and maintenance of database software for entering, retrieving, modifying, and manipulating data to generate various documents such as rosters, meeting materials, and reports
•Assists with the collection and organization of electronic project files and archives
•Assists with maintaining project website contents under the direction of the Clinical Project Coordinator Manager or designee
•Other duties as assigned


•Associates Degree; combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
•Incumbant will typically possess 2 years of relevant project or administrative support experience
•Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word
•Time management and decision-making skills

•Attention to detail and the ability to address several assignments simultaneously
