Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Business Analysis, Associate to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, South Carolina location. As a member of the team, the successful candidate will provide management consulting, strategic planning, project management, cross divisional/organization project and training coordination, budget analysis, management reporting, special project support, measurement and metric analysis, and other types of support services to include the following:
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to the Managing Director and the Directorate. Engage with management, staff, bureaus, agencies, and posts.
- Provide operational, system, communication, and leadership for special projects and workgroups.
- Drive and support project and continuous improvement initiatives utilizing project management and lean methodology.
- Assess, research and analyze legal/regulatory requirements directed by OMB, Treasury, GSA, etc.
- Coordinate/develop in-house training to lead/facilitate cross-divisional training.
- Support the Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring that the organization supports and adheres to the ISO-9001 standard. Perform metric analysis, facilitate discussions, and provide overall ISO quality support. Perform as an ISO Lead Internal Auditor.
- Understand customers' business processes and practices and serve as a Subject Matter Expert in specifically assigned areas. Performs analysis of operational and business processes.
- Manage the Directorate's SharePoint to ensure conformance with work standards and quality.
- Drafts communications and/or responses on behalf of management.
- Comply with ISO-9001 requirements and support objectives.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS and at least 8 years of overall relevant professional experience with at least three of the eight years of experience in management or technical leadership
- Experience in organizational leadership and driving quality
- Outstanding analytical, communication, leadership, quality, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance competing priorities and responsibilities while always maintaining a professional demeanor
- Self-starter with initiative to identify issues, problem areas, and recommend solutions
- Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in DoS financial management is highly desired, but not required
- Masters degree
- PMP certification
