An engineering firm located in McLean, needs a temporary Accounting and Administrative Assistant. This could turn into a TTH, if the candidate is a high performer. The Assistant will work part-time Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Depending on the amount of work, the work week could extend to Thursdays as well and this is working in the office . Applicants must be vaccinated and boosted.
The hours are 8am-5pm - M, Tues, Wed with an hour for lunch.
$20-$25/hour depending upon experience

Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and report experience using preferably Deltek or a similar platform
- Assisting with monthly Minority Business Enterprise reports to MDOT
- Calculating Construction Management Inspection Overtime
- Checking Budget for engineers' expense reports
- Entering Accounts Payable
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Excel and Word (Microsoft 365)
- Proficient with Outlook or similar platform
- Proficient with Teams or a similar platform
- Deltek experience preferred or other accounting software
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- BA/BA preferred
