Senior Staff Associate, Operations and Engineering Services
The American Gas Association is seeking a Senior Staff Associate, Operations & Engineering Services to join our Operations & Engineering Services Team.
As a member of AGA’s Operations and Engineering Team, the Senior Staff Associate will engage with industry stakeholders and AGA members to understand and implement practices which enhance safety, share learnings, identify new research and development opportunities, and provide input in developing pipeline safety regulations. This role will play an vital role in the planning and organizing of AGA’s biannual technical committee meetings which provide the opportunity to share new processes, practices, challenges and develop technical papers.
A successful candidate has experience in administrative and event support, proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to multitask. The ability to travel (when public health conditions permit), and a desire to live and work from the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area are critical for this role.

AGA employees currently have the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely. The employee’s team determines one day each week, and the employee determines the others.
