Job Description:

Are you interested in joining a talented, cross functional team aimed at solving some of the DIB industries most pressing HR challenges? If you have a passion for shaping the overall landscape in Data & Governance and want to be part of a dynamic team, then look no further!

The Principal Associate in this role will conduct an internal audit of policies, practices and procedures to ensure compliance. The Principal Associate will compile and submit required EEO statistical reports. This position analyzes employment data in order to comply with guidelines set by the EEOC, federal and state requirements.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage processes and systems to ensure compliance efforts are well managed and completed within deadlines, communicating with DIB leadership about the state of the regulatory reporting and file submissions, ensuring compliance work stays on track, and adjusting as necessary to meet new requirements.
  • Consult with DIB leaders, including working strategically with Talent Acquisition and HR Risk Office partners
  • Identify opportunities and implement strategies to streamline and improve existing processes


Selected Candidate Will:
  • Have a track record of successful process management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage tasks and related expectations
  • Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
  • Demonstrate good judgment and sensitivity
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Reporting, EEO/Civil Rights, HR, Data Management OR Risk Management
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite (Sheets and Slides) or Microsoft (Excel and PowerPoint)


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management
  • Demonstrated interest and action in Diversity and Inclusion work
